Pros
1. These banks are smaller. The stool is less space and lends itself to a look light and airy look. This type of stool can be used in tight spaces, without looking arrogant.
2. Seat height adjustable. Some banks have adjustable seat heights. That's good for musicians and artists. This feature also works well for people that you need to work towards a table.
3. Cost per stool. These stools use fewer materials in construction and are therefore relatively inexpensive. There are a few bar stools backless which are extremely reasonable. Check places like Canadian Tire and Ikea stool cheap. Both stores will offer a complete inventory of the furniture line.
4. Durability. The weakest part of a typical bench are the axes that form the back of the chair. By eliminating one round to eliminate the weakest part of the chair. Over time a stool without back to last longer and thus save money and frustration.
5. Lightweight and easy to move. This point speaks for itself. Although depending on the material used to back some banks are also very lightweight and can be moved easily.

Cons
6. Comfort. Bar stools with backs tend to be more comfortable, a large measure. Back support can not be evaluated over when it comes to chairs. Bar stools vary very comfortable and very uncomfortable backless versions would be more uncomfortable by the end of the spectrum. The importance of comfort depends on the effect of feces and the duration of how long you sit on it. An additional point is that, upholstered or cushioned options rarely come without back. If you must trim your choice will be limited to certain models.
7. Stools with backs tend to provide a person with more stable and secure sitting experience. If these seats are for children or adults with mobility problems you might be better to choose a model with a back.
8. Size Seat. The size of the bank in a backless model can be very small. Do not buy a model with a small bank, without trying out the first store. This guy is good to sit short periods of time

The list above is just a brief example of some of the pros and cons of these stools. You need to determine what is best for you and what type will suit your needs. However, in a nutshell the two factors most crucial would be the size of the space you want to use on the bar stool and the level of comfort you need. If you have a small space that could be necessary to choose a bank of this type. If you are looking for comfort, you may want to avoid bar stools backless.
